Paul Hoppe (pronounced Powell Hopp-uh) created The Cosmic Beholder, a wide umbrella of interconnected independent superhero comics, featuring many open-source characters including choice parts for Jenny Everywhere and Jenny Nowhere, and he has been very prolific. Paul's bio on his official website read:

I work in Editorial Illustration, Children's Books, Storyboards, Advertising, and in the summers I teach comics in the Illustration Summer Residency at the School of Visual Arts.
