Mumblecore's name evokes Headmaster Dumbledore from the Harry Potter series and its spin-offs; though canonically gay, Dumbledore was never explicitly depicted as such in the original seven novels, a fact much derided following Rowling's thus rather empty reveal of his sexuality.
