The Universe Gemini version of Millimeter, born Susan Milligan and sometimes nicknamed “Millie”, was a fashionista and a friend and occasional partner of Zed Hudson's, being the person to create his wide array of colourful jerseys with the letter “Z” on them. (COMIC: Zed Vs. The Uniform)

As expounded upon in the author's comments for Zed Vs. The Uniform, versions of Millimeter previously appeared in other works by Johann-Octavius Gans, including a comic on DeviantArt, then PowerTrip. There, she had a significantly more alien design, and her birth name was “Sushi Milligan” rather than “Susan Milligan”.
