In one dimension, Fisto was the leader of one of the four battalions the Master's genetically-engineered Drag-Racing Monkey, the “Punkaz”. Accordingly, he had a punkish, spiky mohawk. Presumably due to imperfection in the Master's genetic engineering, Fisto lacked ears and had jagged, irregular, squarish teeth.
Like the other Drag-Racing Monkeys, he was ultimately retro-evolved back into an ordinary chimpanzee using the Anti-Serum. (COMIC: Jenny Everywhere vs. the Drag-Racing Monkeys)
