The Department of Psychology was a department of the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids.
It was founded in 2019 by Sigmund-1028 based on his experience observing the Sisters of Juliet in Dimension 1579, and was further staffed by his litany of short-term successors as overseers of the Sisters' asteroid.
