An ‘Incident Report’ on the Codex Document was indeed published on the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids website over a year prior to The Case Against Conspiracy. However, it contained no Jenny Everywhere elements. The Document was described as a garbled document that was one of the few writings on the Collective of the Retconning Crocodiles in the Cupid Archives not to have been erased.
