According to Nula, in Reality Z-25 31-H, the Philosopher's Stone made its way to Buranda because, when Augustus's victory became inevitable, Cleopatra had her handmaid take it down the Nile rather than let Augustus claim it. (COMIC: Nula! Naked and Alone!)
Behind the scenes
History records two primary servants or handmaids of Cleopatra, Iras and Charmion, both of whom appear in William Shakespeare's Antony and Cleopatra. However, as per Plutarch, both of them committed suicide at the same time as Cleopatra. It is unclear if the handmaid mentioned in Nula! Naked and Alone! is intended to be either of these, who would therefore have escaped her historical death in this universe, or if it is an additional, ahistorical handmaid.
