Cecil was an individual who travelled alongside Beany and Jenny Everywhere in the Leakin' Lena.

Biography

Visiting Kanto

Cecil was part of the crew of the Leakin' Lena when their captain, Jenny Everywhere, sailed the ship towards Kanto. Arriving in the region, he attempted to follow an easier path to their destination while Beany flew ahead with Jenny, with Jenny warning Cecil to stay away from rustling grass or bushes.

Almost immediately, he investigated a rustling bush, with a Pikachu bursting out. He attempted to charm the Pikachu, only to get electrocuted. Beany and Jenny soon arrived and found it easy to charm the creature, with Beany suggesting that it was more afraid of Cecil than Cecil was of it.
