Behind the scenes

Although ostensibly an allusion to Moses parting the Red Sea as per the Book of Exodus, this phrase is notably rendered by Callum Phillpott plural and uncapitalised.

It may also be notable that the deliberately esoteric lyrics of Man at C&A, the song which inspired the creation of the Man in Grey, allude to the Red Sea with the line “The Man in Black, he told me the latest Moscow news, about the storm across the Red Sea…”.
