A version of the Tin Man existed in the 925th Universe's Land of Oz, where he came to rule upon the Winkies. He was apparently pansexual; when preparing to tell Doctor Know that he was now dating Professor Wogglebug, the Man in Grey explained that “in a similar manner to the Tin Man who rules over the Winkies, [he] ha[d] a heart that longs for others regardless of shape or form”.
