In one universe, Alexander was an evil mastermind.
Although supervillains such as himself were not unheard of in his universe, Alexander grew weary of a world where his niche was shrinking ever more. After he met the actress Barbara Mattel, who had similar reasons for being dissatisfied with her life, she invited her to live with him in his secret lair guarded by an army of henchfolk. After Mattel's boss got the understandable misapprehension that Alexander had kidnapped her, he sent Jenny Everywhere and Walt to find them.
After the two were captured and brought before Alexander and Barbara, she was able to clarify her situation. Though having little personal sympathy for Barbara's “problem”, she decided to help her and Alexander by taking each of them to a universe where they wouldn't stand out; shifted to Dimension 87:50:545 after friendly goodbyes to Barbara, he was able to engage in robot fights and other such feats to his heart's content.
