James Bridger, better-known by the online Cyberkitten01, is a comic writer and artist.

He created the character of Kate Five, first in the Kate Five then the Section P series. Early on in the running of the former, it was established via mutual crossovers that Bridger's series shared a universe with Paul Hoppe's The Cosmic Beholder, a series which featured Jenny Nowhere in a recurring role, although Bridger himself sparsely used Jenny Everywhere mythos concepts directly. Like Hoppe, Bridger's works often contain nudity or other NSFW elements.

His DeviantArt profile bio stated that he was from the United Kingdom and read, as of 2022:

So I am a 30-something comic writer and artist, former D.J..

My greatest work to date is my webcomic Kate Five, which can be found in my gallery. It's a superhero story around a Welsh heroine who gets involved with an alien symbiote and chaos ensues. What started as a bit of fun and something creative to do in work between calls quickly become something bigger and more involved.

I also have another story which has recently to make it to dA called Parallels Forgotten which is about time travel and parallel worlds.

I'm a big fan of scifi, horror and superheroes, and elements of these can be seen to varying degrees in my work. I also do more adult natured work which exists outside of dA. While it's not a vital part of my Kate Five story, it is canonical and adds an extra dimension to the story.
