An armed Mind Criminal from Dimension 87-B-24 once escaped into the wider Multiverse to wreak havoc. Despite the threat he represented, he was easily under-estimated due to looking like a harmless, furry creature. The Cupid Courier put out a public service announcement about him in the same issue where they reported on the end of the Rifts Crisis, warning individuals off attempting to subdue him alone.
