Jake, a member of an adventuring party in one universe, was a Barbarian, although his teammates found this hard to believe given his cultured, well-groomed appearance. (COMIC: Look At His Dead Eyes)

Behind the scenes

The members of O.O.P. all have conventional role-playing game classes. Such “Barbarians” are heavy physical fighters, noted for their toughness and berserker traits, in the mold of the classic image of Conan the Barbarian, hence the incongruousness of Jake's appearance.
