Quahog was a city in Rhode Island which contained Spooner Street in at least one universe.
History
When Jenny Everywhere decided to have a holiday on Rhode Island, she found her way to 31 Spooner Street, Quahog, where she met Peter Griffin. (COMIC: Jenny Everywhere meets Peter Griffin)
Peter later gave Jenny a tour of the city, at the end of which he asked what she thought. Before she could answer, Glenn Quagmire appeared and asked Peter how old she was. Jenny told him she wasn't interested, saddening him, and told Peter that her feelings on the city were mixed. (COMIC: End of the Tour)
