In one universe, the Nightshades were a secret society at Nevermore Academy. A version of Jenny Everywhere was a Nightshade when she attended the school. During an alumni reception, she encountered Enid Sinclair, who had just been accepted into the Nightshades. Enid mentioned the Nightshades were having a midnight skinny dip and Jenny decided to tag along. (PROSE: Wednesday and the Shifter)
