Great Higher-Up

The “Great Higher-Ups” were the people to whom The Man in Grey answered.

He freely described them as “evil”, a descriptor he also applied to himself. He was keen that they not learn about his connection to the Man in Black.

The Great Higher-Ups were the ones who ordered the Man in Grey to set up the Multidimensional Finders Service and, later, to open a second branch of it in Scotland, hiring only open-source characters.
