Wogglebug

Wogglebugs were insects native to the Land of Oz. Professor Wogglebug was a magically-enlarged Wogglebug.

In one version of Oz, Wogglebugs were green and resembled praying mantis, except that they had hands instead of pincers on their forelimbs. (PROSE: A Series of Queer Events)
