Information Pill

The Information Pills were an invention by one version of the Land of Oz's Professor Wogglebug. They were meant to artificially implant information in the brains of whoever consumed them.
He tested the Pills a Munchkin volunteer whose head “combusted from all the information implanted into their brain”. Thanks to the magic of Oz, however, this did not kill them, and their head was efficiently replaced by a balloon with a smiley face painted on it. Nevertheless, this raised concerns with Wogglebug refused to take seriously, trying to roll out the Pills without further testing and advertise them at the Interdimensional Pride Parade.
