In Reality Z-25 31-H, Kelly and Jenkins once got into an argument about Pippi Longstocking: Kelly professed appreciation for the “American movie” starring the character, while Jenkins insisted that that film was “totally Disneyfied” and the Swedish films were superior. Behind the scenes

Pippi Longstocking is the protagonist of a notorious Swedish children's-book series. The character was indeed the subject of several Swedish films, starting in 1949 (though Jenkins is more likely referring to the 1960s-1970s Swedish series of TV episodes later spun off into four feature films, two of them actually reedited versions of the TV episodes) — as well as of an American film adaptation in 1988, disavowed by the character's creator and many other Pippi Longstocking enthusiasts.
