Miss Moneypenny
E. Moneypenny was a “known associate” of Jenny Everywhere in at least one incarnation, according to a wanted poster jointly put up for Jenny by a number of organisations who wished to bring her in for questioning. MI6 was one of those organisations. (PROSE: Wanted for Questioning)
Behind the scenes
Miss Moneypenny is a major recurring character in the James Bond series, being the secretary of the head of MI6, “M”.
The initial “E.”, as given in Wanted for Questioning, seems to identify the Moneypenny to whom Jenny had ties as the version of Moneypenny from the continuity of the 2006 reboot starring Daniel Craig as James Bond; played by Naomie Harris, this Moneypenny was the first to be given the full name of “Eve Moneypenny”. The version of Moneypenny from the continuity of Ian Fleming's original James Bond novels was instead given the first name of “Jane” in the Moneypenny Diaries spin-off novels. The cinematic version from the 1960s and 1970s, portrayed by Lois Maxwell, was never properly speaking given a first name, although Bond occasionally referred to her as “Penny” (potentially a nickname based on her last name rather than an indication of her full name as Penelope Moneypenny).
