NASA are an American organisation devoted to the study of outer space and the development of space-flight, which exists in several universes.
History
Monkey test-flights
In one universe, NASA conducted test rocket-flights with apes standing in for pilots, presumably as a way to study the effects in-flight conditions might have on human beings. Unfortunately, they accidentally nabbed a shapeshifting Jenny Everywhere instead, sending the unwilling passenger on a trip to space in place of their trained ape. (COMIC: Untitled)
Sinister activities
In the future of the Lunar College Universe, NASA were responsible for the oversight of the Lunar College of Selene. It was nominally an student programm for the exceptionally gifted, but was actually designed to contain and indoctrinate these potentially-unpredictable elements, containing them away from society. In a world of pure imagination
In one universe, there was a functioning version of NASA by 24 February 2024. After a Jenny Everywhere discovered the Illuminati were present, and not knowing if they were just an ordinary version or the Interdimensional Illuminati, she hacked into NASA to broadcast an SOS which would ideally travel through a multiversal nexus to reach other universes and the Infinite.
