Inspector Koichi Zenigata is the archenemy of the eponymous main character of the Lupin III series. A roguishly heroic latter-day gentleman-thief, Lupin III is presented as the direct descendant of, and a modern-day equivalent of, the original Arsène Lupin.

Inspector Zenigata, who also gets a namedrop among Wanted for Questioning's slew of easter eggs, is Lupin III's archenemy, although their connection is not highlighted by the Jenny Everywhere story.
