Doctor Know-It-All described himself to The Man in Grey as “mayor of Knowheresville, home of the finest knowers in the known knowing universe”. (PROSE: Open Sourcing) He more specifically described his title as the city's “Grand Mayoral Authority”. (PROSE: Good Crieff - The Tribulations of the Scottish Division)
