Behind the scenes
Read online
- The story can be read online on ArchiveOfOurOwn.org.
- Some of the dialogue is taken word-for-word from The Neverending Story with key alterations made to fit the premise of this story.
- Since the Gallifreyan language has never been spoken in any Doctor Who story, the author had to create gibberish for Tecteun's dialogue. It translates as "Hello there. What is your name? My name is Tecteun. I am a Shobogan. I travel the universe. Would you like to come back to Gallifrey with me? I promise I will take care of you."
