Plot

Jenny Everywhere sails the Leakin' Lena towards Kanto, with Beany and Cecil on board. Upon arrival, Jenny warns Cecil to stay away from any rustling bushes, only for Cecil to immediately investigate one.

A Pikachu bursts out of the bush and growls at Cecil as Cecil attempts to charm it, only to be electrocuted. Jenny and Beany arrive, and are informed of what happened, only for them to successfully charm the Pikachu.

From afar, Dishonest John is watching them, only for Team Rocket to arrive, believing John to be planning on stealing the Pikachu. John explains the misunderstanding, stating that his interest is in the trio.
