Cars was a standalone Jenny Everywhere comic story created in 2002. It is unclear whether the story is unfinished or if it was intentionally hastily made (having been created as part of a twenty-four hour comics challenge[2]), as the five pages which exist are penciled but not inked. The comic is notable as one of the only two Jenny stories ever created by Steven Wintle, Jenny's principal creator; as such, the version of Jenny used is almost exactly the one in the original public-domain sketch created by Wintle. If the story is in fact considered finished in its existing form, then it holds the distinction of being the first completed story to star Jenny Everywhere, having been released in February of 2002, several months before the usual candidate for the title, Name's Not Down.

Behind the scenes
Background
The image file of the fifth and final known page of the story, as released on Geocities, is actually Page6.jpg; there is no actual Page 5. It is unclear if this was a typo or if a missing Page 5 does exist (or was at some point planned to exist only to never be completed).
The song which Jenny sings is "You're All I've Got Tonight" by American new wave band The Cars, who are presumably the source of the story's title.
