The Department of Applied Contrafibulation was one of the Departments of the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids's Intelligence Institute. (PROSE: The Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids)
Behind the scenes
“Contrafibulation” and variants thereof are a stock nonsense-term. “Contrafibularity” was first used as a diegetically meaningless word in the 1987 Blackadder the Third episode Ink and Incapability. Later, a friction contrafibulator was introduced as a component of the Doctor's TARDIS in the Doctor Who episode Vincent and the Doctor.
