Callum Phillpott, also known as Moppington or Mop, is a writer, who uses he/they pronouns.
Phillpott has written for the Doctor Who universe on multiple occasions, including for the Cyberon and Cwej: The Series series. Their Twitter bio described them as:

In 2022, Callum Phillpott created The Tribulations of Jenny Over-There, an April Fools' Day Jenny Everywhere story that introduced a new open-source character, Jenny Over-There. He also designed a “Jenny Over-There” logo for the story. They soon followed it up with a second Jenny Over-There story.
