Real Estate-Related Pun was officially the twenty-fifth comic strip of the Necroomies webcomic (but only the twenty-first counting A Letter From Beyond serialised narrative, which it directly followed, as a single entry). Like the rest of the webcomic, it was created by Jonathan Reich. It was notable for featuring unlicensed, unnamed cameos by numerous characters from cult 20th century spooky comedy universes, such as The Addams Family.

Plot
Back from Kokotomo Island, Junter and Ibdis go apartment-hunting, but none of the spooky households they visit seem to fit their needs.
Worldbuilding
Universes
- This story takes place in the Necroomies universe. It is established that versions of The Addams Family, The Munsters and Vampira exist within this universe.
Continuity
- This story picks up the pieces from the comparatively lengthy narrative of COMIC: A Letter From Beyond, at the beginning of which Junter and Ibdis sold their old apartment.
