The “gag-a-day strip”-style webcomic Zed Vs. The World was started in 2023 by Johann-Octavius Gans.
The comic starred a younger, alternative version of Gans's preexisting superhero character Zed Hudson, from Sick of Superheroes. In a secondary recurring role, it also featured an incarnation of Jenny Everywhere called Jennifer Ba Bei, who had yet to fully awaken her powers. With the Sick of Superheroes universe being “Universe Taurus”, Gans stated that this comic's universe could be dubbed Universe Gemini.
