The Iron Lady was a “patriotic” superbeing and one of the non-copyrighted entities whom the Man in Grey allowed on the list of possible candidates to join the Multidimensional Finders Service until Jenny Over-There pointed out to him that she, like all the other patriotism-themed heroes, had “little to bring” to “the job of finding things”. (PROSE: Open Sourcing)

Behind the scenes

“The Iron Lady” was created by Carter-Ethan Rankin in 2013 as an open-source character. She could be used with no need for author citation. The name was inspired by the nickname commonly used for Margaret Thatcher, with whom the character also shared a last name in her civilian identity, “Antonia Thatcher”.

As originally defined by Rankin, Pixie Pristine was the Iron Lady's sidekick, but this is not the case for the only version of Pristine to have thus far appeared in Jenny Everywhere-related media.
