Still in New York, Kaza and Gwenna relax with the Odds. As Kaza is telling Gwenna of his recent adventures, word arrives that there’s trouble at the old supervillain hideout seen in the previous story.

All the superheroes at the Fortress of Evening pack themselves into the Odd Mobile and hurry over. When they arrive they discover that the retired minions had already subdued the intruders, who it turned out were not vampire gangsters just two ordinary gangsters who worked for vampires and thought too much of themselves.

The Odds drop off the aspiring villains at the nearest police station and go home.
