The Council once called Madame Tarsa in to solve a problem relating to the Miniature Mahoganies after the Frost King accidentally destroyed their village in a game of Cosmic Foosball. (PROSE: The Winter Quests)
Behind the scenes
“The Council” had a greater role in the earlier The Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids story The Penultimate Pursuit, where Tarsa described them as “a group of ancient beings who think that they’re as powerful as [her]”, who “insist on meeting every time there’s some kind of Multiverse-shaking event going on, despite the fact that they’ve never managed to do anything about it”. Lord Nachtos, the Drink-Mixer, the Frost King, the Spirit King Wrythk, and an otherwise-unseen entity called Calligarex were shown to make up the Council.
