Doctor Shiokara was a mad scientist from one universe who was obsessed with squids.
After taking over the island lair formerly used by Captain Iguanodon, he created a number of artificially-grown giant squids with which he attacked the waterfront of the city inhabited by Jenny Everywhere. Jenny defeated his squids and followed him back to the island. As she was somewhat foolishly live-tweeting her endeavours, unaware that Shiokara was watching her Twitter feed, he managed to have his “witless minions” briefly capture her, but she gained the upper hand once again and destroyed Shiokara's giant squid tank, causing the minions to flee.
