It unofficially crossed over with the Jenny Everywhere mythos on various occasions.

In 2012, an untitled comic story was created by Zack Holmes for Jenny Everywhere Day, featuring a meeting between a pony version of Jenny Everywhere and Pinkie Pie.

In 2014, The Halloween Cameo Caper 2014 took place, including Andrew Chapel (from Autumn Bay) briefly being transformed into a pony in COMIC: The Halloween Caper.

In 2015, PROSE: Jenny Everymare was released, featuring Jenny Everymare, a pony version of Jenny Everywhere.

In 2023, COMIC: Peter's Death featured the My Little Pony character Twilight Sparkle, among characters from various other series.
