The De-Memorizer was a ray in the possession of the anthropomorphic rabbits of one universe. Possibly built by the Master, it was, at any rate, used on him by the rabbits after his army of Drag-Racing Monkeys was defeated; he was made to forget who he was and what he had done, as well as his scientific knowledge, though basic knowledge such as language were left.
