Sigmund-1028 was a Mark XI Clockwork Cherub of the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids.
In 2019, when the Cupid Parliament exiled Romeo-1020 and the Sisters of Juliet to an asteroid in Dimension 1579, Sigmund was randomly chosen as overseer. After returning to the Cupid Homeworld, he used his experience observing hundreds of iterations of the same wild personality interacting to found the Department of Psychology.
