Discworld's version of Jenny Everywhere was native to the Agatean Empire.
Discworld was home to an anthropomorphic personification of Death, who met the recently-deceased in the Desert. To his frustration, Jenny kept cheating him by using her shifting powers to shift more sand back into her Life-timer whenever it ran out and he tried to collect her. (PROSE: Pratfall)
Behind the scenes
Discworld is the setting of the series of the same name, created by Terry Pratchett in 1983. Pratfall was an unofficial crossover with the series, and did not actually refer to Discworld by name, although any reader was expected to recognise the setting.
The name “Discworld” is alternatively applied to the entire universe of the Discworld series or specifically to the disc-like flat fantasy planet that serves as the main setting. The planet is sometimes referred to as simply “the Disc” for better disambiguation. No other name for the “Discworld universe” has been proposed, despite the ambiguity.
