Millicent, also known as “the Oldest Toy in the Labyrinth”, was one of Madame Tarsa's earliest creations, and her first living toy, being a walking, talking teddy bear. Tarsa raised her as a daughter, not just a creation.
She was also one of the first inhabitants of the pocket dimension inside Madame Tarsa's Toybox. Tarsa entrusted Millicent with magical books recording some of her secrets, to help her act as a guiding light for later generations of living toys should Tarsa herself become incapacitated. She had several residences all over the Labyrinth inside the Toybox; in winter, she stayed in a dollhouse at the top of a hill in the Christmas Toyland.
This was where Juliet-178, Arganthone-056 and Jenny Everywhere came to find her in December 2020 after Madame Tarsa was magicall frozen in a block of ice by unknown means. She found the relevant rhyming riddle in one of Tarsa's magic books, but was no more able to interpret the strange words than the two Cupids and the Shifter, forcing them to look through other occult libraries in other parts of the Multiverse in the hope of finding further clues.
