Contents
Plot
Jenny Everywhere knocks at the door of Rose Tyler and offers to take her back to the Doctor in her original universe. Quickly agreeing, Rose finds herself shifted directly into the amber control room of the Doctor's TARDIS, where they happen upon the gobsmacked Doctor.
The Doctor and Jenny recognise each other, with Jenny jokingly the Doctor not to go losing Rose again before walking out of the ship through its walls. The Doctor and Rose leave for the library, having much to talk about.
Worldbuilding
Jenny
- This story features a Jenny with dark skin and amber eyes. She is small and about as young as Rose; she wears a well-worn leather jacket, blue jeans, and a “sturdy” pair of boots, as well as a battered backpack slung over one shoulder.
- The Doctor is aware of Jenny Everywhere, and the two have met before, but she is not sure of exactly who or what Jenny is, merely explaining that she “could be described” as a kind of “interdimensional hitchhiker”.
Universes
- Jenny meets Rose in a dimension called Pete's World and takes her back to her original universe, which goes unnamed, and which is identified in the author's notes as an alternate divergent universe relative to the “real” Doctor Who universe.
Other
- Rose Tyler ceased aging after the Bad Wolf incident.
Continuity
- Jenny Everywhere had previously indicated that she knew the Doctor in COMIC: The Late Shift.
