Strax was a Sontaran working as a butler in the employ of Madame Vastra.
Description
Physical appearance
Strax resembled a baked potato. (PROSE: The Two Jennys)
Biography
As Vastra's butler, Strax greeted Jenny Everywhere when she arrived at 13 Paternoster Row. He evidently had difficulty grasping the concept of gender since he referred to her as "young man". He also demanded proof that she knew the Doctor and threatened to destroy her "for the glory of the Sontaran Empire". (PROSE: The Two Jennys)
