Hector Fenwick was native to the Earth of a universe where the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids was the subject of a series of stories for which Fenwick himself acted as an occasional guest writer. After Fenwick managed to briefly travel to the Cupid Homeworld only to make a nuisance of himself, the Cupid Homeworld forced him back into his Void Ship and returned him to his home universe, where the capsule was set to self-destruct as soon as he'd exited it.
