The Destruction of the Cupid Parliament was the terrorist act which saw Conquest-932 destroying the headquarters of the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids' Parliament as part of his masterplan for the Triangular Society.
History
Around a month after he convened the first meeting of the Triangular Society, during which he had voiced his intention to move against the Cupid Parliament, (COMIC: A Slight Misunderstanding) Conquest-932, dressed in his black, hooded robes as Grandmaster of the Society, went himself to the Cupid Parliament building with a large charge of dynamite and a detonator. As he prepared to activate the detonator, he was accosted by a Mark I Cupid who worked at the Parliament. Instead of trying to stop him, the Cupid decided to help, and ended up activating the detonator himself with evident glee. (COMIC: Professional Endorsement)
The events were reported on in The Cupid Courier #1056, which mentioned that the Department of Construction had been asked to build a replacement Parliament building, only for Foreman-964 to make “no promises” as to whether the building would look like one of his trademark warehouses, something which the Parliamentary Cupids evidently didn't want. (PROSE: The Cupid Parliament Destroyed?)
By the tail end of December 2019, holding session in a “temporary Parliamentary Hall”. (PROSE: The Metafictional Meddler)
