The Seventh Circle was a division of at least one universe's Hell. In anticipation of one Valentine's Day, Jenny Everywhere's human date sold his soul to a “minor” hellhound of the Seventh Circle in exchange for a copy of the Plasmanomicon to gift to her. (COMIC: My Bloody Valentine)
