Falling Short was a Jenny Everywhere short story written by Robert Quick, the first of two stories released under the umbrella of The Many Lives of Jenny Everywhere.
It featured an in medias res snippet of an adventure of Jenny Everywhere, also introducing Professor Wulfe.
Contents
Plot
At night, Jenny, in contact with the Professor through her iWatch, is infiltrating some kind of enemy territory in a hang glider. She asks the Professor to create a distraction, and he delivers in specular fashion by uncloaking his arship, the Harold's Purple Crayon, and switching on all its lights.

- This story features an incarnation of Jenny who can fly a hang glider and is engaging in reconnaissance work with the help of the Professor as tech support.
