In the “Prime Universe”, Mrs Hudson was a real person who resided in the late 19th century at 221B Baker Street with Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson as her tenants. When Pythagoras-858 knocked at the door around 3 p.m. on December the 24th, 1895, she initially tried to redirect him to Scotland Yard to ensure Sherlock wouldn't be distracted by a case from the Christmas Eve dinner he'd promised to attend.
