In Reality Z-25 31-H, the Nile was a river in Egypt, which flowed in from further south in the African continent. When Augustus took control of Egypt, Cleopatra had her handmaid send the Philosopher's Stone down the Nile and “into the jungle”, leading to it eventually entering the custody of the Koravi of Buranda.
