In one universe, Ed was a young man who once encountered Jenny Everywhere. Although Jenny didn't get along too badly with him, he badly misunderstood her nature, thinking that “Open-Source” was “Open Sores” and not realising that Jenny primarily used her shifting powers to combat evil, not for her personal enjoyment.
