The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Multiverse was a large leather-bound book owned by at least one Jenny Everywhere. Having somehow lost her way across dimensions, she once anxiously paged through it trying to find directions. (COMIC: When Casting Calls)
Behind the scenes
The Guide is named in obvious reference to the titular Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy from the series of the same name created by Douglas Adams. Additionally, the pattern of circles on the back-cover appears to be Circular Gallifreyan, one of the writing systems used by the Time Lords in Doctor Who.
